Movers and shakers from the world of ecommerce packed into London’s Olympia for the annual Ecommerce Expo.
Thousands of visitors from across the globe mingled with key industry players such as Trustpilot, Channel Advisor, Google and Amazon.
IRP Commerce also exhibited for the first time and we were very impressed by the quality of the speakers and discussion topics. They included the latest in payment technologies, top tips to reduce cart abandonment and AI in ecommerce.
“Personalisation is on the slope of enlightenment according to Gartner,” commented our CEO, Daniel Loughlin. “It was strongly evidenced in all areas of the ecommerce expo that this was playing a big part in most technologies. Overall it was a great event to pick up the pulse of the market.”
Also it was great to catch-up with Camping World and KWM Wines who use the IRP ecommerce platform and hopefully we’ll have met more companies who will be using our technology in the future.
