IRP Marketing Partner Status Agreement

Overview

In order to demonstrate the power of the IRP Commerce Cloud effectively we need to utilise live data as part of our sales and promotional collateral. To do this, an IRP Merchant can become a Marketing Partner to allow us permission to show their IRP Commerce Cloud instance as part of our demonstrations and presentations, and in return receive unique benefits.

Our Guarantee To You

IRP will always state in demonstrations that the data is anonymised data for demonstration purposes. Data will never be screen-recorded by IRP or be made public on the internet, without express permission.

IRP Requirements

1. Permission to show live trading data from the Marketing Partner in the IRP Trading Terminal in sales presentations, demonstrations, training and events.
2. Permission to show IRP Commerce Cloud instance of the Marketing Partner setup (Shopper, Marketing Cloud, etc.) in sales presentations, demonstrations, training and events.
3. Permission to create content featuring the Marketing Partner's instance and data (final approval with Merchant).

Marketing Partner Benefits

As an IRP Marketing Partner:

1. You will receive a discount on your current commercial arrangement for the duration of the Marketing Partner Status.
2. You will receive access to IRP Trading Terminal (formally Insights Terminal) Level 1 and Level 2 for the duration of the Marketing Partner Status.
3. You will be granted early access to new IRP technology and the latest versions.
4. Two people from your organisation will receive free access to any IRP sponsored or hosted event.
5. Marketing Partner Status will be marked against your account.

Discount Rate on Transaction fees: 10%
Term: Rolling
Cancellation: 30 Days either party

Discount Rate is applied to invoices for Transaction Fees.
