IRP Version 9.4 is released in March. From Version 9.4 onwards, IRP is committed to simplifying its products. We are making them more powerful but also easier to use—ensuring they work harder and more efficiently for Merchants.
A New Simplified Admin Navigation System
- In V9.4 Admin Navigation has been reduced from 39 sections to 28 - 19 for managing sites and 9 for managing settings.
- In the new Shopper Admin Navigation - to get the most out of your IRP we’re also simplifying IRP Admin Navigation into Core Admin and System Settings.
- The new navigation also allows you to access all the IRP Products faster and easier - allowing users to search across ALL IRP products in one simple super search!

New Powerful “Email Sign Up Forms“ in Marketing Cloud
- In IRP V9.4 Sign-up Forms is a brand new section that makes the creation of customer Email Subscriptions much easier to create and more targeted. The power of targeting countries with specific content and offers is combined with simple "no code" web forms to capture key Email and Customer Data.
New Simplified Homepage Manager
- Homepage Manager has always offered the incredible power to create unique or automated homepages for each country to meet specific market demands.
- Now, managing your global IRP Shopper homepage content has been made much easier. You can effortlessly create homepage content, assign it to different countries, and supercharge each homepage with content tailored to the market. Global storefronts created in seconds with the right products, in the right currencies and the right content.
Major Kits Upgrades Begins
- A major simplification for kits is included in V9.4 so that stock statuses are clear no matter what part of a kit is in or out of stock. This leads to much greater Customer purchasing clarity on the kits pages that extends right down into Baskets and Checkout.
The Ongoing IRP Simplification Project...
- Simplification of IRP is underway and continues for the rest of 2025. The top level Shopper Admin section improvements in V9.4 will now extend at pace into all of the pages below, section by section, page by page.
- The V9.4 build is also full of HUNDREDS of performance enhancements and fixes to Shopper, Marketing Cloud and Trader….

Categories, Kits, Models, Shipping, Reports, Payment Processing, Trade, and more are now under review to enhance simplicity and efficiency. The goal? A powerful system made as simple as possible to use. Then? AUTOMATION applied across the whole system. And it's happening fast...
In V9.5 the Service Marketplace—which has a major impact on costs, sales and profits—is now being FULLY INTEGRATED directly into the IRP Admin. Merchants will be able to seamlessly: View channel performance, Request quotes, and Switch Service Providers with a few clicks - all directly from IRP Admin and no longer limited to IRP World.
