You can find this section under Shipping > Ad-Hoc Labels in the IRP Admin left navigation menu – note that you may also be directed here from the Orders > Ad-Hoc Labels page.
You use the Ad-Hoc Shipping Labels section to create Shipping Labels for any situation other than orders. This will mean that parcels and letters can be added to your manifest and collected by a courier, rather than you having to post the item manually.
The feature works in a similar manner to the auto-generated postage labels in the Orders section and can be sent by any shipping method currently used within your IRP.

ShippingAdHocLabels.aspx page
The main ShippingAdHocLabels.aspx page appears as follows:
You can use the search bar to locate any Ad Hoc Label in the system and, if you expand 'Other Options' you can filter the results by Shipping Method or Shipping Date.
The main grid shows the following fields:
- ID: This is the unique IRP identifier for the Ad Hoc Label, created automatically by the IRP.
- Label Name: This is the name that is printed on the Ad Hoc Label.
- Address: These are the address details that are printed on the Ad Hoc Label.
- Shipping Method: This is the Shipping Method for this Ad Hoc Label.
- Tracking Code: This is the Barcode and Shipping Reference to be printed on the Ad-Hoc Shipping Label.
- Shipping Date: This is the date on which the parcel will be shipped.
- [Selection box]: Tick these boxes if you want to either print or delete selected labels, then click either the 'Delete Selected Ad Hoc Parcels' button or the 'Print Selected Ad Hoc Labels' button at the top or bottom of the page.
- Label: Click this button to open the postage label for this parcel which you can then print.
- Edit: Click this button to make changes to an existing label. For more details, see the How To Add or Edit an Ad-Hoc Shipping Label article later in this section.
