Category Maps

To add a new Category Map, follow these steps:

1. Go to Feed Management > Category Maps in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
2. Click the Add Category Map button to add a new map.
3. Enter the name for the map in the field Map Name.
4. Click the Insert Category Map button.

You can now edit the category mappings

To edit a Category Map, follow these steps:

1. Go to Feed Management > Category Maps in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
2. Click the Edit button to the right of the Category Map you wish to edit.
   

   This shows the following details:

   • Category ID: This is a unique ID for the IRP Category, added automatically by the IRP when the category was created.
   • Active: This indicates whether the category is active in IRP.
     Note: If you also wish to map inactive categories, click the 'Show All Categories' button at the top of the page
   • Category: This is the name of the category in IRP.
   • Feed Category Name: This is what the third party requires this category to be in Feeds which use it.
   • Active Models: This is the number of active models in this category.
   • Sales Last 30 Days: This is the sales in the last 30 days that this category has had.
3. For each category, enter the value required by the third party in the field Feed Category Name.
4. Click the Update Category Map button.

Note: You can edit the name of the Category Map, and see more information about it, in the Map Info tab.
