You can find this section under Orders > Missing Cost Prices in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
This screen makes it easy for you to see which products have been ordered by customers for which you have entered no cost prices in IRP Admin. This is useful in the context of PPC for example, as it enables you to calculate your profits accurately.
The main OrdersMissingCostPrices.aspx page appears as follows:
The main grid displays the following details:
- ID: This shows the Stock ID of each item.
- Image: This shows an image of each item.
- Product: This shows the name of the each item.
- Part Code: This shows the Part Code of each item.
- EAN: This shows the EAN identifier of each item.
- Ordered: This shows the quantity of each item that has been ordered.
- Price: This shows the Unit Price of each item.
- Cost Price: This is where you can enter the missing Cost Price of each item.
You can see that you can filter the number of results returned by changing the number of days in the box above the grid.
To enter the cost prices, enter the correct values in the ‘Cost Price’ boxes and click the Update Cost Prices button.
