You can find this section under Marketplaces > Overview in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
This page allows you to see at-a-glance some of the key statistics associated with your Amazon and eBay Marketplaces (if you have enabled this functionality):
- View your order counts and sales figures for the last 30 days and all time.
- View the numbers of errors generated by your Marketplaces and any rejected orders.
- Click straight through to your Amazon Seller Central or eBay Account pages from the IRP Admin page.
- Configure carriers for your marketplace integrations using the shipping methods you have set up in your system.
The main MarketplacesOverview.aspx page appears as follows:
This displays the following information for the marketplaces that you have in your system:
- Enabled: Indicates whether the Amazon Integration / eBay Integration is enabled from Application Settings. For Amazon, the main switch is under Marketplace Settings > Enable Amazon Integration. For eBay, the main switch is under Marketplace Settings > Enable eBay Integration.
- Marketplaces: The number of Amazon / eBay Marketplaces configured in your IRP back-end. For Amazon, you configure these under Marketplaces > Amazon (MarketplacesAmazon.aspx). For eBay, you configure these under Marketplaces > eBay (MarketplacesEbay.aspx).
- Order Count (Last 30 Days): The number of Amazon / eBay Orders placed in the last 30 days.
- Order Total (Last 30 Days): The Sales Total of the Amazon / eBay Orders placed in the last 30 days.
- Order Count (All Time): The Total number of all time Amazon / eBay Orders imported.
- Order Total (All Time): The Total Sales value of all time Amazon / eBay Orders imported.
- Listed Active SKUs: The Total number of Active Stock Items that are listed at least once on one or more of your eBay/Amazon Marketplaces against the Total number of Active Stock Items on your website. This figure gives a good indication of what Active Stock Items have not been listed on eBay/Amazon.
- Errors (Last 24 Hours): The number of Amazon / eBay Errors generated in the last 24 hours.
- Errors (All Time): The number of Amazon / eBay Errors generated all time.
- Amazon/eBay Marketplaces: Click this button to go to the MarketplacesAmazon.aspx page or the MarketplacesEbay.aspx page.
- Amazon/eBay SKU Matching: Click this button to go to the MarketplacesAmazonSKUMatches.aspx page or the MarketplacesEbaySKUMatches.aspx page. Here you can search for items that are Listed / Not Listed on the Amazon / eBay Marketplaces
- Amazon/eBay Errors: Click this button to go to the MarketplacesAmazonErrors.aspx page or the MarketplacesEbayErrors.aspx page.
- Rejected Orders: Click this button to go to the MarketplacesAmazonRejectedOrders.aspx page or the MarketplacesEbayErrors.aspx page.
On the right side of the screen you can also go to the Amazon Seller Central login page by clicking the Amazon logo and the eBay Sign In page by clicking the eBay logo.
At the top of the screen you can use the following buttons:
- Amazon Marketplaces: Click this button to go to the MarketplacesAmazon.aspx page. For more information, see Amazon.
- eBay Marketplaces: Click this button to go to the MarketplacesEbay.aspx page. For more information, see eBay.
- Add Marketplace: Click this button and then select either 'Add Amazon Marketplace' or Add eBay Marketplace'. You will then be redirected to either the MarketplaceAmazonEdit.aspx page or the MarketplaceEbayEdit.aspx page.
- Set Shipping Carrier Details: Click this button to go to the MarketplaceShippingCarrierDetails.aspx page where you can configure carriers for your marketplace integrations using the shipping methods you have set up in your system.
