You can use the IRP EPOS system to look up previously-completed sales. You do this by clicking the Sale Lookup tab:

You can then enter the Order ID and locate the completed sale:

To look up a sale, follow these steps:

1. Click the Sale Lookup tab:
   
2. Enter the Order ID and click the Lookup button.
3. You will then see the sale displayed:
   
4. Note that you can add any notes you want to using the 'New Admin Note' box.
