You can find this section under Signup Forms > Mailing List Signup Forms in the IRP Marketing Cloud left navigation menu.
Signup Forms are an important feature of an IRP as they are one of the main ways to capture personal consumer information for use in communications and marketing. This is one of the powerful features of the IRP that can potentially help you to increase your online sales and personalise your experiences. Here are some of the key aspects of this feature:

- Easily view all the signup forms in one easy to use page
- Easily create signup forms with a no-html editor that displays an inline preview as the form is created
- Create different signup experiences for Desktop, Mobile and Trade
- Determine who sees the signup including All Customers, New or Returning
- Configure the email profiles which the customer will be signed up to
- Display subscription choices that the customer can signup to
- Enable gender capture
- Set triggers, delays that determine how and when the form is displayed
- You can define different signup forms for specific countries and languages
- Easily assign text for the form, including confirmation messaging
- Assign background images to make the signup forms more visually appealing
- Easily create a widget that determines if the form is fully displayed or first displayed as a small component
- You can include automatically static or unique voucher codes to entice first time shoppers to signup
- Use the 'Signup Form CSS' section to create CSS styles to manipulate the appearance and placement of your interventions
Signup Forms Page
The main Signup Forms page appears as follows:
You can use the Search bar to find any Signup Forms in your system. If you expand Other Options under the Search bar, you can use the following filtering options:
- Show: Active, Inactive or Both
- Site Type: All Sites, Desktop, Mobile or Trade
You can navigate to other Admin sections by using the buttons in the top right:
- Add New Signup Form: Begin the creation of a new signup form
- Vouchers: Navigate to the Voucher functionality
- Show All Signup Forms: Return to the list of signup forms
The grid contains the following information:
- ID: This is the unique ID of an signup form, created automatically by IRP Admin when you first set up and save an intervention
- Active: This indicates whether or not a signup form is active on the front end of your website. For anyone to see the intervention (assuming they meet the criteria that you have configured), an signup form must be active
- Name: This is the name of the signup form, used for easy identification in the Admin
- Site Type: This shows which site type the sign up form will be displayed on the screen to visitors – either Desktop, Mobile or Trade. Signup forms cannot be created for more than one site type at a time
- Created By: The mane of the person who created the form
- Created: The day and time that the form was created
- Offered: The number of times that the signup form was offered
- Subscribed: The number and percentage of subscribers that signup to the form when offered
- Sales: The total revenue and number of sales attributed to the signed up email
- Countries: The list of countries where the signup form will be shown
- Copy: Make a copy of the form, a good way to easily apply the existing form to a different site type or list of countries
- View: Preview the signup form
- Edit: Modify the signup form details
Add New Signup Form
Easily create or modify a signup form by completing the form details and form content.
You can navigate to other Admin sections by using the buttons in the top right:
- Signup Form CSS: Navigate to the Signup Form CSS
- Vouchers: Navigate to the Voucher functionality
- Signup Forms: Return to the list of signup forms
The Signup Form Details contains:
- Signup Form ID: This is the unique ID of an signup form, created automatically by IRP Admin when you first set up and save an intervention
- Active: This indicates whether or not a signup form is active on the front end of your website. For anyone to see the intervention (assuming they meet the criteria that you have configured), an signup form must be active
- Signup Form Name: This is the name of the signup form, used for easy identification in the Admin
- Site Type: This determines which site type the sign up form will be displayed on the screen to visitors – either Desktop, Mobile or Trade. Signup forms cannot be created for more than one site type at a time
- Customer Type: Select the type of customer that will see the form - All Customers, New or Returning
- Trigger Type: Configure when the signup form is actioned for display- On Landing or On Exit
- Trigger Delay: The time in seconds before the form is displayed on the frontend. The default is set to 0 seconds
- Do Not Display Again For: Configure the delay time in days before the form is displayed again after it is displayed for the first time
Add Signup Form Content
Use the editor to create and view the signup form directly inline. As you type the preview on the right is created.
The Form Content creator is separated into three tabs:
- Popup: The first page of the Signup form
- Popup Confirmation: The confirmation message that is displayed to the online shopper after successfully submitting the form
- Widget: Activating and determining if a small interface component is displayed that allows for the form to be expanded or collapsed
The first two tabs (Popup and Popup Confirmation) are mandatory to complete before the form can be submitted.
The Signup Form Content Popup

- Title: The main title
- Subtitle: The subtitle
- Subscribe Email To: Configure the email profiles which the customer using the signup form will be subscribed to. Default Profile Only - the customer will be subscribed only to the email profile set as the default profile for the site type they are using the signup form from. Default & Selected Profiles - the customer will be subscribed the email profile set as the default profile for the site type they are using the signup form from, as well as any additionally configured email profiles
- Offer Subscription Choices: Determines whether or not email profile choices are offered to the customer as part of the signup form via checkboxes
- Enable Gender: Determines if gender options are displayed on the form
- Email Address Placeholder Text: Determines the text to display for placeholder text within the form field
- Button Text: Determines the text to display on the button
- Form Position: Determines the location of the form content on Desktop and Trade sites. The default is set to Center but can be set to left and right on the screen. This setting is usually used in conjunction with background images
- Enable Background Image: Enables the control to select a background image. Images must be in jpg format and correctly compressed before adding. Recommended dimensions are 500 x 300px, but merchants can create images and modify the CSS to suit their needs.
The Signup Form Popup Confirmation
- Title: The title of the confirmation page
- Success Message: The success message text to display
- Enable Background Image: Enables the control to select a background image. Images must be in jpg format and correctly compressed before adding
Voucher Settings (Optional)
Voucher Settings are optional to add to the signup form and can be used to give an incentive for customers to provide their details in return for a voucher.
- No Voucher Code: A voucher will not be offered to the customer
- Static Voucher Code: A specific, preconfigured voucher will be offered to the customer
- Voucher Code: Enter an existing voucher code to be offered to the customer on successful completion of the form. Use in conjunction with existing Voucher functionality

- Unique Voucher Code: A new, unique voucher will be generated and offered to the customer
- Discount Type: Configure the discount type for the unique voucher being offered
- Discount Amount: Configure the discount amount to apply to the voucher
- Minimum Spend: Configure the minimum spend that the customer must have in their basket before the voucher can be redeemed
- Discount Type: Configure the discount type for the unique voucher being offered

- Show Voucher Code: Determines if the voucher code is displayed in the signup form confirmation screen
- Automatically Apply to Basket: Configure if the voucher code is automatically applied to the basket for use by the customer without them having to manually copy or enter the voucher at the basket step
- Voucher Button Text: Enter the text for the confirmation page button for copying the voucher code
Widget
The Signup Form widget is a small UI component that can be displayed as a control to either open the full signup form or to collapse the signup form to a smaller UI widget that can then be expanded. The widget can be configured for Desktop and Trade site types.
- Enable Widget: Configure the widget to display as part of the signup flow
- Start With Widget: Configure the initial display to show the widget not the full signup form
- Widget Title: Configure the text for the widget
- Widget Background Colour: Configure the background colour of the widget for brand purposes
- Widget Font Colour: Configure the text colour of the widget for brand purposes
- Widget Position: Configure the screen location for the widget - Bottom Left, Bottom Center, Bottom Right
