You can find this section under Advanced Pricing > Stock Prices in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
Note: Make sure that you read the How To Set Up IRP Advanced Pricing help topic before using this feature.
You use this section to view and manually edit fixed currency prices for stock items in the IRP. (Note that if you need to manage a lot of prices you should use the Bulk Import Prices section.) You can easily find any stock items in the system using the powerful built-in search filters. For example you can find Active vs. Inactive items, items with or without a fixed price and items in any currency you have enabled for fixed pricing.
The AdvancedPricing.aspx screen appears as follows:
You can use the Search bar to find any fixed prices in the system. Under the Search bar you can select to filter search results by:
- Products: Select from Active, Inactive or Both.
- Prices: Select form All Items, Items With Fixed Price or Items Without Fixed Price.
- Currency: Select either ‘Has At Least One Fixed Price’ or one of the currencies for which you have enabled for fixed pricing on the CurrencyEdit.aspx page (see the Currencies help topic for more information).
The main grid contains the following fields:
- ID: This is the Stock ID of the item.
- Image: This is an image of the item.
- Category: This is the category of the item.
- Brand: This is the brand of the item.
- Brand: This is the model name of the item.
- Option: This is the stock option name of the item.
- Default Currency Price: This is the web price of the item shown in your default currency (e.g. GBP). You can edit this field in the grid.
- Default Currency RRP: This is the RRP of the item shown in your default currency (e.g. GBP). You can edit this field in the grid.
- X Price: This is the web price of the item shown in the currency you have enabled for fixed pricing on the CurrencyEdit.aspx page (see the Currencies help topic for more information). You can edit this field in the grid.
- X RRP: This is the RRP of the item shown in the currency you have enabled for fixed pricing on the CurrencyEdit.aspx page (see the Currencies help topic for more information). You can edit this field in the grid.
Note: If you make any changes on this form, remember to click the Update Prices button at the bottom of the screen to save your changes.
