Trade Vouchers

To add or edit a Trade Voucher, proceed as follows:

1. Go to Trade Site > Trade Vouchers in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
2. To create a new voucher, click the Add New Trade Voucher button at the top of the page.
3. To edit an existing voucher, click the Edit button on the right side of the row belonging to the voucher that you want to edit.
4. On the VoucherTradeEdit.aspx page, proceed as described below.

Trade Voucher Details Tab

In the Trade Voucher Details section, complete the following details:

• Single Use Only: Check this box if you want to make the voucher single-use only.
• Percentage Off: Enter the percentage off discount offered by the voucher.
• Valid From: Enter the date and time from which the voucher can be used.
• Valid Until: The Enter the and time until which the voucher can be used.
• Description: Enter a description of the voucher that will be shown to trade customers.

If you are editing an existing voucher, you will also see details about which Admin User last updated this voucher and several details about the uses, order totals and discount totals associated with the voucher to date.

In the Voucher Code section, complete the following details:

• Code Length: Enter the length of the code number of the voucher that trade customers will need to enter when they place an order.
• Voucher Code: Enter a voucher code. Alternatively, click the Auto Generate Code button to make the IRP generate a code and it will then appear in this box.

Click the Insert Trade Voucher button or the Update Trade Voucher button to save the details.

Product Restrictions Tab

You can add restrictions to restrict voucher usage for certain Brands, Categories or Brand-Category combinations for Free and Club Vouchers. Adding Restrictions means that only Models that fall into these combinations can be discounted using this voucher.

Proceed as follows:

1. Select the Product Restrictions tab.
2. Complete the following fields:

Setting	Description
Restriction Type	Select a Restriction Type from the drop-down list: Brand Only, Category Only or Brand Category Combination.
Brands / Categories / Brand Category Combination	Use the boxes that appear underneath to add single or multiple Brands, Categories or Brand-Category Combinations.

3. Click the associated 'Add' button to add the restrictions.

Country Restrictions Tab

You can restrict voucher usage to specific countries for Free and Club Vouchers. Proceed as follows:

1. Select the Country Restrictions tab.
2. If there are no existing restrictions, click the Add New Country Restriction button.
3. Use the Add button to move countries from the 'Select Countries' box to the 'Countries Voucher Is Available In' box. Hold Ctrl or Shift to select multiple countries. If you want to remove a country from the 'Countries Voucher Is Available In' box, use the Remove button.

Orders Tab

Here you can see details of the orders associated with the trade voucher.

Download Trade Voucher Usage Data

To download the usage history of a trade voucher, on the VoucherTradeEdit.aspx page, click the Download Usage Data button at the top of the page. Select the format of the downloaded file (CSV, TSV, Pipe Delimited or MS Excel) and click the Download button.
