Representatives from more than 50 ecommerce companies came together on April 12, 2016 for an ‘Ecommerce Digital Breakfast’ hosted by IRP Commerce, to hear from three leading companies in the industry.
Teams from Google US and global PPC agency Finch jetted into the province to share news of how upcoming features will help ecommerce companies to precisely identify the origins of their sales. They also talked about how to get the best use out of an online advertising budget.
Software development company IRP Commerce works closely with Finch and Google through its IRP ecommerce platform. IRP Commerce’s CEO, Daniel Loughlin, presented insights into customer behaviour on an ecommerce site in real time using the company’s machine learning tool, DeepAgent™. Daniel explained how, by using this feature, a client can predict the probability that a customer will buy and then intervene to close the sale.
