IRP Commerce, whose ecommerce technology plays an important role in the economy (having transacted over £1.5 billion in export sales for Northern Irish companies), has been recognised in the inaugural NI Ecomm Awards in Belfast's Titanic Hotel.
Against strong competition from across Northern Ireland, the company won the coveted Software Company of the Year category thanks to product innovation for the IRP Insights Terminal and the ability of the IRP system to drive ecommerce profits and empower companies to outperform their competition.
User feedback also played a part, including from IRP customer Christies Direct who won the Business Growth Award and the B2B Website of the Year award.
Recognition for IRP partners and customers
Celebrating the best of the Northern Irish ecommerce industry, the Marketing Agency of the Year category was won by an IRP Partner Groundswell. An IRP Implementation Agency Built For Growth was also highly commended in the same category.
In addition, no less than four IRP customers were shortlisted as finalists across five awards categories.
Dan Loughlin, CEO of IRP Commerce, said: “We're delighted to win the award for Software Company of the Year. We're also very proud that two of our partners have been recognised and several of our customers have won awards. These achievements point to the strength of our partnership model for driving sales and generating profits in ecommerce.”
