Our client Argento is one of the UK and Ireland’s leading jewellery retailers, and the Irish company is celebrating opening its first store on Dublin’s Grafton Street.

The launch of the new store brings the total in the UK and Ireland to 50, and also coincides with the launch of www.argento.ie – a new Republic of Ireland site using the latest version of the International Retail Platform (IRP).

Founded in 1997, by Donegal entrepreneur Pete Boyle, Argento is a leading distributor of well-known jewellery brand Pandora, and is seen by many as a perfect example of effective multichannel retailing.

Argento have launched its new store on Dublin's Grafton Street, and the new Argento.ie website

Export has been working with the company for almost five years and we are delighted to have renewed our contract to provide e-commerce consultancy and online marketing support. As part of this ongoing strategy, we will also be migrating the .co.uk site to www.argento.com, which will maximise the potential for international growth.

Argento ecommerce manager, Mel Boyle said, “This has been a very busy year for us as we continue with our international expansion. Having a strong offline and online presence, backed up with excellent customer service has been key to our success and we will continue to aggressively replicate this model. We are delighted to renew our working relationship with Export and are confident that our new .ie and .com sites will help maximise our sales potential in new markets.”
