You issue vouchers at the point of sale by clicking the Voucher button:
From here you can enter a voucher code prefix and a voucher value. The code prefix is limited to five characters:
When you click the Issue Voucher button it will appear as a sale:
Note: Occasionally, Admin Users might remove data from IRPs without realising the impact that this has on the EPOS gift voucher functionality. The EPOS requires a stock, model, brand and category in order to be able to sell gift vouchers. Accordingly, the IRP will check for these required components and, if necessary, will automatically re-add what is needed.
