Order Automatic Voucher Templates

To add or edit an Order Automatic Voucher Template, proceed as follows:

1. Go to Promotions > Order Automatic Voucher Templates in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
2. To add a new template, click the Add New Automatic Voucher Template button at the top of the page. To edit an existing template, click the Edit button against the template that you want to edit.
3. On the OrderAutomaticVoucherTemplateEdit.aspx page, enter the following information:

   Setting	Description
   Template Details
   Template ID	This is the unique IRP identifier for this Order Automatic Voucher Template, added automatically by the IRP.
   Active	Active templates will be used when displaying order automatic voucher templates on the order confirmation pages. Inactive templates will be ignored until they are activated.
   Template Name	The name of this Order Automatic Voucher Template. This will be used to quickly identify the template within IRP Admin.
   Site Type	The Order Automatic Voucher Template site type (desktop, trade or mobile). The template will be used only when displaying Order Automatic Vouchers for the selected site type.
   HTML Body Content
   HTML	This is where you enter the HTML content of the Order Automatic Voucher Template. Use the following placeholders which are replaced with the corresponding voucher information: $$ExpiryDate$$: Replaced with the voucher expiry date. $$VoucherAmountHTML$$: Replaced with the value or percentage of the voucher as formatted HTML with symbol. $$VoucherAmount$$: Replaced with the plain text voucher amount value. $$VoucherCode$$: Replaced with the voucher code. $$MinimumSpendHTML$$: Replaced with the voucher minimum spend as formatted HTML with symbol. $$MinimumSpend$$: Replaced with the plain text voucher minimum spend. $$VoucherRestriction$$: Replaced with the voucher restriction brand/category/brand-category name. Note that you must place this between <!-- Begin Voucher Restrictions --> and <!-- End Voucher Restrictions --> comments. You can change the language you are editing using the drop-down menu above the HTML editor. You can also use the Upload Files button to make use of files you have saved locally. NOTE: If you add CSS classes in your HTML, you should add the template CSS separately below.
   CSS Styles
   CSS	This is where you can add the CSS classes referenced in the HTML above.

4. When you are finished, click the Insert Order Automatic Voucher Template button or the Update Order Automatic Voucher Template button to save your changes.
5. You can then associate specific countries with the template using the Shipping Countries tab. On this tab, use the Add to move countries from the 'Select Countries' box to the 'Shipping Countries' box. You can also use the Remove button to move a country back to the 'Select Countries' box.
6. Click the Update Order Automatic Voucher Template button to save your changes.

All templates that you add will be listed in the grid on the OrderAutomaticVoucherTemplates.aspx page.

IRP Commerce has created an 'approved' Order Automatic Voucher Template using recommended HTML and CSS that works with the all-new, high-converting checkout and the latest styles. To use the template, proceed as follows:

1. Go to Promotions > Order Automatic Vouchers in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
2. Click the Add New Automatic Voucher Template button at the top of the page.
3. Configure the 'Active', 'Template Name' and 'Site Type' settings as required (see How to Add or Edit an Order Automatic Voucher Template).
