You can find this section under Stock Control > Stock Custom Flags in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
Stock Custom Flags allow for an extra layer of filtering on the Orders Print, Stock Purchase Orders Create and Stock Transfers Create pages. You can add and set these flags against a stock item. You can select from the range of IRP standard icons or upload your own customised images.
The main StockCustomFlags.aspx page appears as follows:
This shows the following details:
- ID: This is the unique IRP identifier for this Custom Stock Flag, created automatically by the IRP system.
- Icon: This is the image for the Stock Custom Flag.
- Name: This is the name of the Stock Custom Flag.
- Description: This is the description of the Stock Custom Flag.
- Tool Tip: This is the text for a tool tip to display in Stock Grids (Stock Transfers Create / Stock Purchase Orders Create) when a stock item has been assigned this Custom Stock Flag.
- Stock Items: This is the number of stock items associated with the Stock Custom Flag.
