IRP Version 9.3: Enhanced MARKETING CLOUD and a Path Toward Automation

The IRP Team is delighted to introduce IRP Version 9.3, packed with significant improvements across IRP MARKETING CLOUD, TRADING TERMINAL, and our Core Datasets. This release brings major advancements for all merchants on the IRP platform.

In IRP Version 9.3, MARKETING CLOUD has been upgraded with enhanced Email Campaign, Flow, and Segmentation features. New journey analytics have also been integrated into the TRADING TERMINAL to provide deeper insights.

A key addition in V9.3 is the Core Metrics Dataset, designed to consolidate profit and shopping data, forming a foundation for future Trading Automation.

MARKETING CLOUD investment places the IRP email capabilities alongside other leading products in the market. New features are seamlessly integrated into the Email Manager making it more powerful and user-friendly.

Email Content Builder

Fully integrated within the IRP MARKETING CLOUD, the Beefree editor enhances creativity and efficiency by offering mobile-friendly HTML templates. The no-code editor allows for quick creation of engaging emails that drive better conversion rates.

This powerful editor leverages all the first-party data and analytics within MARKETING CLOUD. We've also introduced valuable upgrades to the Email Manager, including:

  • Email Templates - Ready-to-use responsive templates that can easily be used to get your next Campaign, Flow and System Emails
  • Email Common Content - Create common content, like headers and footers, that can easily be dragged and dropped into any email
  • Segmentation - New triggers and granular improvements in Segmentation

Email Manager: Separate Sections for Campaigns and Flows

With the full integration of Content Builder, we’ve redesigned the Email Manager to simplify and enhance the user experience. The previous "Mailshots & Remarketing" section has been restructured into distinct sections for "Campaigns" and "Flows." Additionally, a new Email Manager Homepage provides merchants with a comprehensive view of email-driven revenue and other essential metrics, making it easier to track performance at a glance.

Feed Manager is the most powerful tool within IRP MARKETING CLOUD, featuring 150 feeds that seamlessly integrate IRP with all major shopping channels, driving over 50% of Merchant revenues. The new Feed Manager Homepage gives merchants a clear overview of the revenue generated by Feed Manager, along with other important performance metrics.

Interventions and Content Builder (Underway)

We’re revamping the Interventions feature and integrating the Beefree Content Builder along with its templates directly into the module. This will enable merchants to easily create and implement interventions that boost conversion rates.
