You can find this section under Customers > Contact Us Questions in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
You use this section to create specific Contact Us Questions. This allows you to customise and tailor the fields for input values. For example, if the question is about an order, you should include an Order ID field and set it to ‘required’ so that you can be sure this information will be provided each time this question is answered.
As the questions are fully customisable, you can create various Contact Us Questions for all aspects of your site/business. Example questions could include:
- Where is my order?
- Change an order
- Request product information
- Voucher/gift code issue
- Other
The question form appears on the front end at the following URL: www.YourIRP/ContactUs.aspx (desktop) and www.YourIRP/Mobile/MobileContactUs.aspx (mobile).
Note that if you want to edit the content of the ContactUs.aspx page you can use Large Translations IDs 81 and 82 for the desktop site and IDs 115 and 116 for the mobile site.
