You can find this section under Application Settings > Mailing List Settings in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
You use the Mailing List Settings section to define the following settings:

Enable Mailing List Popup |
If you enable this, a pop-up will display for customers when they first visit the site, prompting them to join the mailing list. This will not display if the customer has already subscribed to the mailing list, otherwise it will display each time they visit the site. If you check this box, more settings will appear underneath. |
Horizontal Position |
This setting determines the horizontal alignment (left, centre or right) of the mailing list pop-up when it is enabled. |
Vertical Position |
This setting determines the vertical alignment (top, centre or bottom) of the mailing list pop-up when it is enabled. |
Display Option |
This setting determines how often and on which pages (home page only, first page only, every page) to display the mailing list pop-up. |
Animation Type |
This setting determines how the mailing list pop-up will display on the screen (slide or fade). |
Animation Delay |
This setting determines the delay (in seconds) before animating the mailing list pop-up on the customer’s screen. |
Animation Duration |
This setting determines how long (in seconds) the animation will take to complete when animating the mailing list pop-up onto the customer’s screen. |
Mailing List Confirmation Email |
Enable Confirmation Email |
If you enable this, the system email of type ‘Mailing List Sign Up’ will be sent to the email address that is subscribed to the mailing list. If you check this box, more settings will appear underneath. |
Voucher Discount Type |
This setting governs the discount type of the voucher amount value (if the voucher amount value is greater than zero and the mailing list email confirmation is enabled). |
Voucher Discount |
If you have checked ‘Enable Mailing List Confirmation Email’ then you have the option of attaching a voucher to the email. This setting governs the voucher discount amount. If the value is zero then no voucher will be attached. |
Voucher Duration (Days) |
This setting determines how long the voucher is valid for before expiring. This will be calculated from the date of issue (which will be the date that the email is sent). This setting only applies if you have checked ‘Enable Mailing List Confirmation Email’ and a voucher amount is provided. |
Voucher Min Basket Total |
This setting determines the minimum basket total that the customer must have in order for the voucher to be valid. This requires the ‘Enable Mailing List Confirmation Email’ setting to be enabled and a value for the voucher amount to be provided (i.e. when a voucher is attached to the confirmation email). |
