You can find this section under System Logs > Admin Usage History in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
You use this section to view all activity by IRP Admin users on the Admin pages. To see activity in the last 24 hours, click the Show Admin Usage Last 24 Hours button above the Search bar. Alternatively you can use the Search feature to carry out a more advanced search. Expand Other Options to search by:
- Admin User: Select the name of an Admin user from the drop-down list.
- Request Type: Select the type of request from the drop-down list (All, POST, GET, AJAX).
- Date Range: Select the date range from the drop-down list (Last Day, Last Week, Last 30 Days, Custom Range).
The main section of the Admin Usage History screen (AdminUsageHistory.aspx) shows the following details:
- Date-Time: This is the date and time that the user carried out the operation.
- ID: This is the unique ID for each IRP operation carried out by the Admin user.
- Admin User: This is the username of the Admin user.
- Operation: This is the type of operation carried out by the Admin user, for example, "Page View" indicates that the user opened a page on IRP Admin.
- Page URL: This is the URL of the IRP Admin page associated with the operation that the user carried out.
- Notes: This section describes any information related to load times, etc.
- Request Type: This is the type of operation (POST, GET or AJAX) that the user carried out.
Use the Results drop-down list on the right side of the Search bar to select the number of results that you want to show on the page. You can also click on any column heading to sort by that heading.
As with many other screens in IRP Admin, you can click the Export Product Data icon under the Search bar to export the data in one of several formats.
