You can find this section under Orders > Cancelled Click & Collect in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
The OrdersClickAndCollectCancellationSummary.aspx page is where you can view and manage any Click & Collect orders that have been cancelled.
The page appears as follows:
You can use the Search bar to search by customer ID, email address or Order ID. If you expand Other Options under the Search bar you can choose to show only non-banned customers and to search by the date of the cancelled orders.
You may find that some customers frequently cancel Click & Collect orders or maybe make a habit of not collecting items that they have ordered. You can deal with these customers using the IRP’s ‘Ban from Click & Collect’ feature. To do so, click the Ban button. You can also ban the customer using the Customers section of IRP Admin. Both sections can also display the number of cancellations made by the customer. As described below, you can override this and allow the customer to continue using Click & Collect.
To view more details about the customers displayed on this page, click the View Customer button. This takes you to the CustomerEdit.aspx page where you have the opportunity to ban the customer in the Other Customer Information section:
You can also use the Click And Collect Cancelled Order Ban Threshold Application Setting to ban customers automatically from Click & Collect when they have cancelled a certain number of click and collect orders.
If you ban a customer from Click & Collect they will no longer be able to place Click & Collect orders on your website. However, you can override this by checking the Override Click & Collect Ban box.
You can cancel expired Click & Collect orders by clicking the Cancel Expired Orders button at the top of the page. Enter the number of expired days using the box provided (the default is 30) and then click the Cancel Click & Collect Orders button.
