The TradeCustomers.aspx page shows details of Trade Customers. You can use the ‘Other Options’ search feature to search by Date Joined, Account Status (‘All Statuses’, ‘Not Trade Account’, ‘Awaiting Approval’, ‘Approved’, ‘Suspended’ or ‘Rejected’), by Drop Ship Status (‘All Statuses’, ‘Requested’, ‘Enabled’ or ‘Not Enabled’) or by Product Export Status (‘All Statuses’, ‘Requested’, ‘Enabled’ or ‘Not Enabled’) for your Trade Customers:
Using the main grid on this page you can edit the following fields:
- Email: Send an email to the Trade Customer.
- Account Status: Change the status of the Customer’s account to ‘Awaiting Approval’, ‘Approved’, ‘Suspended’, ‘Rejected’ or ‘Not Trade Account’.
- Allow Credit: Allow or disallow the Customer to have credit.
- Credit Limit: Update the Customer’s Credit Limit (if applicable).
If you make any changes, click the Update Customers button.
