Offer Status Content

To Add or Edit Offer Status Content, proceed as follows:

1. Go to Products > Offer Status Content in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
2. To add default content, click the Add Content button at the right side of the row for Default Content in the grid. To edit existing content for any Offer Status, click the Edit button.
   The OfferStatusContentEdit.aspx page appears.
3. Enter the following information:

   Setting	Description
   Offer Status Details
   Offer Status	The Offer Status this Content refers to.
   URL Content	This text will appear in the URL when you generate a link to this specific offer type. Click the Translate link to change the language you are editing.
   Page Title	The title to be displayed at the top of the page when this offer type is specified. Click the Translate link to change the language you are editing.
   Active Models	This shows the number of active Models currently in this offer. If Default Content is selected it is the number of active Models with offer status; Sale, Clearance, Sale & Clearance and all four Custom Offer Types.
   Offer Status Icon (Does not apply to default content)
   Current Icon	The image currently used to mark items as the offer status.
   Upload New Icon	Upload a new image to replace the current offer icon. If the image is not in the .gif format it will be converted as part of the uploading. Note that you can also change these icons on the Product Settings page.
   SEO
   Page Title	The SEO Page Title to be output for the front-end Offers page when this Offer Type is input in the URL parameter. Please Note, if no Offer Type parameter is set, the 'Default Content' SEO Page Title will be used. Use the drop-down list to select an active language for this setting.
   Page Description	The SEO Page Description to be output for the front-end Offers page when this Offer Type is input in the URL parameter. Please Note, if no Offer Type parameter is set, the 'Default Content' SEO Page Description will be used. Use the drop-down list to select an active language for this setting.
   Page Keywords	The SEO Page Keywords to be output for the front-end Offers page when this Offer Type is input in the URL parameter. Please Note, if no Offer Type parameter is set, the 'Default Content' SEO Page Keywords will be used. Use the drop-down list to select an active language for this setting.
   HTML Content
   HTML Content Top	The top HTML Content that will be output for the front-end Offers page when this Offer Type is input in the URL parameter. Please Note, the HTML Content here will be displayed on both the Desktop and Mobile sites. Use the drop-down list to select an active language for this setting.
   HTML Content Bottom:	The bottom HTML Content that will be output for the front-end Offers page when this Offer Type is input in the URL parameter. Please Note, the HTML Content here will be displayed on both the Desktop and Mobile sites. Use the drop-down list to select an active language for this setting.

4. When you are finished making changes, click the Update Offer Status Content button.

When you have configured the content of the various Offer Status pages and the default Offers.aspx page, you can then use the 'Get a Link' functionality throughout the system to include links to specific Offer Status pages (for example on all the Navigation areas (including Trade Navigation), Custom Content Pages, Banners, Search Redirects, etc.). See for example the Navigation - Top Tabs help topic which includes instructions for adding links to Offer Status pages from the top tabs on your website.

Remember to check how your changes look on the front end and then revert if necessary. To do this you can click the buttons at the top of the page called View Offers Page (Desktop) and View Offers Page (Mobile).

To bulk update Offer Statuses, proceed as follows:

1. Go to Data Imports / Exports > Bulk Updates in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
2. Select the Create Template File tab.
3. Select 'Stock' from the Select Table for Template File drop-down list.
4. Make any other selections you want to in the 'Configure Template File' section, including the File Format you want to use.
5. Click the Download Template File button.
6. Open the file, locate the Offer column and enter the relevant Offer Codes:
   • 0 = No Offer
   • 1 = Sale
   • 2 = Clearance
   • 3 = Sale and Clearance
   • 4 = Back in Stock
   • 100 = New
   • 101 = Custom Offer Type 1
   • 102 = Custom Offer Type 2
   • 103 = Custom Offer Type 3
   • 104 = Custom Offer Type 4
7. Save the file.
8. Select the Upload File and Stage Update Data tab.
9. Select 'Stock' for Step 1: Select Table to Update.
10. Browse and upload your saved file for Step 2: Upload and Stage File.
11. Make any other selections you want to in the 'Step 3: Bulk Update Data' section.
12. Click the Perform Bulk Update button.
13. Go to Products > Bulk Operations in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
14. Click the Update button for the Bulk Operation called Update Model Offer Status From Stock. This will updates the Offer Status of all Models to the minimum Offer Status of each Model's active Stock items. For example, a Model with an Offer Status of 'Not On Offer' and an active Stock item with an Offer Status of 'Sale' will have its Offer Status updated to 'Sale'.
