You can find this section under PPC & SEO > PPC Bulk Operations in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
You use the PPC Bulk Operations section to update multiple campaign and ad group settings at once, if desired. This can potentially save a lot of time editing every campaign if the need to activate or deactivate a setting or status is required.
The PPCSummary.aspx page appears as follows:
When you have selected the Brands, Categories or Custom Ad Groups and Campaigns that you want to update using the two boxes in the 'Brands / Campaigns To Update' section at the top of the page, you can select which settings you want to change. There are two broad groups of settings that you can update within PPC Bulk Operations:
- Ad Group Settings
These cover all settings related to Brand, Category and Custom campaigns.
- Campaign Settings
These are the campaign-level settings that can be updated across multiple campaigns at once.
Note: Please make sure that you check the ‘Update Setting’ box for all those you want to be included in the update. This is to ensure that all other settings are excluded.
