You can find this section under Application Settings > Shipping Settings in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
You use the Shipping Settings section to define general settings for shipping and specific settings for Parcelforce and Royal Mail.
The following settings are available:

Enable Shipping by Delivery Date |
If enabled, Shipping will be by Delivery Date and not the standard Shipping Rules. Please Note, this should only be enabled for sites where the actual day of delivery is important and can be guaranteed. |
Item Total to Calculate Shipping Cost From |
This determines whether the Shipping Cost is calculated from the Basket Sub Total or the Basket Total. If enabled, the Shipping Cost will be calculated from the summation of the items in the Basket before Discounts have been applied. If disabled, the Shipping Cost will be calculated from the Basket Total, i.e. the summation of the items in the Basket and the application of Discounts. |
Enable Postage Label Silent Printing |
Enable this to print labels automatically from the Auto Dispatch page. If enabled, you will not be prompted to click 'Print' when a PDF label is opened through the Auto Dispatch functionality - the print action will perform automatically on your Default printer. |
Parcelforce |
Default Tracking URL |
Enter the Default Tracking URL for Parcelforce packages. The URL will be sent out in Order Complete Emails so that a Customer can track their packages using the Tracking Code provided. |
ExpressLink Web Service URL |
Enter the Web Service URL value required for the Parcelforce ExpressLink Postage Integration. Please Note, there is usually a different URL for the Test and Live environment. Please ensure the correct URL is being used if you have problems connecting to the Parcelforce API. |
ExpressLink Username |
Enter the ExpressLink Username value required for the Parcelforce Postage Integration. |
ExpressLink Password |
Enter the ExpressLink Password value required for the Parcelforce Postage Integration. |
ExpressLink Default Department ID |
Enter the Department ID required for the Parcelforce ExpressLink Postage Integration. |
ExpressLink Contract Number |
Enter the Contact Number required for the Parcelforce ExpressLink Postage Integration. |
ExpressLink Tariff Code |
Enter the Tariff Code needed on some occasions for the Parcelforce ExpressLink Postage Integration. |
ExpressLink Content Detail Description |
Enter the Content Detail Description value for the Parcelforce ExpressLink Postage Integration. |
Royal Mail |
Default Tracking URL |
Enter the Default Tracking URL for Royal Mail packages. The URL will be sent out in Order Complete Emails so that a Customer can track their packages using the Tracking Code provided. |
Default Account Number |
Enter the Account Number to be displayed on Royal Mail manifests printed from the IRP Admin. |
Posting Location Number |
Enter the Royal Mail Posting Location Number. |
