You can find this section under Trade Site > Trade Price List Download History in the IRP Admin left navigation menu.
This page lists all attempts to download Trade Price Lists from the front end of your website. Both successful and unsuccessful attempts are logged, as is the IP address used to download the Trade Price List.
The TradePriceListDownloadHistory.aspx page appears as follows:
You can use the search bar to search by Customer ID and, if you expand 'Other Options', you can filter by Price List, IP Address and Download Attempt outcome (Successful, Unsuccessful or Both).
The main grid shows the following details:
- Trade Price List ID: The IRP Admin ID of the Trade Price List.
- Price List: The IRP Admin name of the Trade Price List.
- Customer ID: The ID of the customer who performed the download.
- Execution Time(s): The time taken for the download to occur, in seconds.
- IP Address: The IP address used by the person downloading the Trade Price List.
- Successful: (True/False) Indicates whether or not the download was successful.
- Notes: Any notes associated with the download.
- Time Stamp: The date and time when the Trade Price List was downloaded.
